Good, open interpersonal relations among the staff, with business partners, customers and the people around us – this is what enables us to combine business success with a people-friendly mission.
We know how to listen to creative initiatives and competitive challenges, and we respond to them gladly. We are constantly planning for the hiring of new employees, preliminary and in-service training, while at the same time encouraging the personal and professional development and gaining new professional competencie of all DONIT TESNIT's staff members.
Education
We keep expanding our knowledge. Almost a third of the staff have at least an undergraduate or university degree. However, since we wish to improve further the educational profile of our staff, we are also encouraging part-time study. It is through continuing training and education of both production workers and highly skilled technicians that the company will be able to maintain its pioneering role in technological developments world-wide.
