DONIFLON 900E
The DONIFLON Expanded PTFE materials consist of expanded virgin PTFE with a highly fibrillated structure. A special manufacturing process gives the material particular chemical and physical properties which can prove advantageous in a wide variety of the applications.
The product line includes sheets and jointing sealants.
General properties
- made of 100% virgin PTFE
- suitable for use even with the most aggressive media
- very soft and extremely compressible, therefore it compensates irregularities or damages on the flange face and is suitable for all pressure sensitive connections, like porcelain plastic, glass lined piping
- there is no ageing
- physiologically safe; no contamination of flow products
- joint sealant with a self adhesive strip to aid installation
